The Copilot Chatbot is a customer service solution designed for Bedloft.com to enhance user experience by providing instant assistance with common inquiries and troubleshooting. It answers frequently asked questions about product availability, delivery times, returns, and setup instructions, while also offering detailed product information. The chatbot guides customers through step-by-step troubleshooting for product-related issues and helps with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order concerns. It leverages internal data to provide school-specific product details and explain acronyms for better clarity. Integrated with Power Automate, the chatbot can escalate unresolved issues to human agents and send real-time confirmations, making it a seamless support tool directly accessible on the website.
When migrating to the new cloud-based system through Microsoft, the challenge of managing multiple logs was presented to us. In the background, we combined the power of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps & Automate) with SharePoint and SharePoint Lists to provide a simple, easy to use form for the end user, while taking advantage of the accessibility of SharePoint. The system integrates over 40 forms and future updates included new ones for refund requests and troubleshooting.
The Label Generator is a custom-built web application developed with Laravel to streamline and automate the process of creating product labels. Designed to replace the manual Microsoft Mail-Merge workflow, the tool allows users to upload Excel files containing customer orders and details. The application processes the uploaded data to generate formatted labels in a downloadable Excel file. Additionally, it maintains a history of previously generated documents, giving users quick and convenient access to past label files. This solution significantly reduces repetitive tasks and improves operational efficiency.
